12oz. bottle. Slightly cloudy gold in color. Aroma is a bit muted, with a tendency toward grain and grass, rather than the typical yeasty fruit and spice of most hefes. Flavor has a touch of banana/clove, but is a little too light on the tongue. All that being said, it’s a nice summer brew, probably tuned toward swaying American tastes. I do appreciate this brewery’s efforts, but I’m glad I have some Ayinger Dunkel as backup.

Pours cloudy amber with small white head, minimal lacings. Sweet malts with a good amount of bitter euro-style hops. Dry slightly bitter finish. Decent American version of a Hefeweisen. Good summer beer.

This is a German Hefeweizen? St. Wilbur pray for us! Pours clear gold with a diminishing white head. A tiny bit of cloves in the aroma, along with some grassy/catty hops. Not much in the taste to dissuade me from the notion that this is an American Wheat. Disappointed!

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a thin head. Aroma is sweet and wheaty with light yeasty esters. The flavor is also very light. Some wheat malt is accompanied by a light sweet fruitiness. The flavor is very subdued for a german hefe. I was expecting a lot more banana, clove, esters etc. Basically a fruity wheat ale. Light and smooth.

Bottle poured a cloudy tarnished gold with a lasting creamy off white head. Aromas of wheat, yeast, light banana and a hint of spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of wheat, yeast and light fruittiness with a smooth lightly bitter finish.

Pours a hazy yellow orange gold with a medium white head. Aroma of banana and wheat. Taste is slightly spicy with a banana wheat presence. Not a bad brew.

Poured from a bottle a murky golden copper color with a nice sily white head. Great lacing. Nose of mild hops and malts, stale cardboard. Mild wheaty banana nose. Flat uneventful flavor. Quite drinkable, but unmemorable. Finished empty and dull. Ok enough, but definitely nothing close to writing home about.

Bottle. Town & Country Foods, Bozeman The beer pours very cloudy, with a nice head. Very wheaty, and some banana notes present. Fairly smooth finish with a hint of a sweet aftertaste.
