Sep 29, 2007 Bottled. A deep red beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of roasted malt and caramel, as well as lighter notes of milkchocolate. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of straw to start off, but then notes of milkchocolate comes along, as well as some caramel sauce. The finish is slightly bitter, and the alcohol leaves a slight burn on the tongue.

Apr 27, 2007 Dark brown color. Nice aroma of dark caramel and roasted malt, a bit phenolic. Quite good flavor, a mix of caramel, roasted malt and dark chocolate. The body is a bit thin. The roasted malt is harsh in the end.

Apr 25, 2007 Bottle. Dark brown with a fair off-white ehad. Thin sweet chocolate and coffee aroma. Bit thin flavour of chocolate, coffee and some bitter hops. Bitter sweet chocolateish finish. Needs more chocolate.
