22oz bottle. Bit of a strange nose - blood, oranges, lactic sharp yeast and the distinct aroma of salami. Sharp and acidic, frothy acidity, flavors of pasty grapefruit, blood, and sour, old yeast. Very strange. I don’t know what’s going on with this one, but I think it may be an infection.

Bottle: Poured a clear orange gold in color with a white head. Aroma, citrus hops and some pale malts. Flavor, bready pale malts, some light caramel, citrus with some grapefruit standing out, juicy. Pretty solid.

22 oz bomber thanks to drewbeerme for this sample. Pours a clear orange with a white head. Aroma is light malts carmel, some citrus. Flavors are about the same fizzy, a little tangy citrus. Its kinda what you’d expect.

Pour is a copper with a small soapy white head. Aroma is some small amount of caramel malts but there is some piney hops to pick things up. Flavor is a very clean tasting citrus hop with some very small amounts of malts. Some would say this is watery but i think there is enough flavor to carry this one over to this decent catagory.

22oz bottle, $3.99. pours clear golden with white head. nose has toasted biscuit, hops, and cookie. flavor has nice cookie, hops of spice and citrus notes, toasted biscuit. a decent apa that it think is a little underrated on this site.

Cloudy deep blond color; big fluffy head. Strange aroma, sweet, wax, a bit fruity (sweet yellow fruits, apricot jam). Medium-weak body, very astringent, light malt flavor, strong bitterness. A disaster.

Hazy golden color, creamy head. Delicate aroma of malt and hop. Medium body structure, some malt, good hopping, bringing caramel-like flavors. Medium-strong bitterness, long final, with toffee as well. Pleasant.

bomber. pours with a tall and rocky orange white head. the color is light copper. lots of orange zest on the nose with hints of cream. light citrus tinge falls apart in the middle only to return in the end with some grainy malts. simple straight forward pale ale.

[287-20070503] 1pt6floz (c/o HogTownHarry, w/ blankboy, GregClow, jerc, mds). Light sweet citrus lemon hop aroma, not fresh, a little musty. Hazy, orange body with a quick white bubbly head. Super hoppy kick flavour mixes with some citrus mould. Medium body with a dry finish. A bit over-hoppy, possibly old.
