Light almost faint aroma of floral hops and sweet honey detected by the nose. Sweet and perfectly balanced between hops and malt while a noticed spoonful of honey in the mix as well. The beer is a clear orange-golden color with a thin off-white head that diminishes quickly, and spotty lacing. Lightly sweet malt and honey in the nose. Light body with bready malt and honey flavors, and just a hint of spice. The finish is sweet and short, with just a touch of malt left over. Light, with a Hint of Honey. Our Award Winning House Brew from Bayhawk Ales, Irvine, CA. The pour was clear gold with faint copper highlights, a one-finger tall white head and had decent lacing. Aromas of honey, citrus, bread and a hint of apple. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of citrus, bread and a light hint of honey with a crisp lightly tart finish.
