Great beer, and well liked by most of your friends female or male. Just really hard to find.

Decent brew - crisp and clean. Slight honey/malt notes balanced with hops - but by no means is this a hoppy/bitter beer. This is a brew that will appeal to the masses, well - excpet for those die-hard hop heads.

OK, so this isn't a great micro BUT it is a great transition beer. One I can give to my Coors/Bud friends and they will drink. Crisp, clean, not too sweet or hoppy.

Had this one on draught as one of the house brews at "Claim Jumpers" in Lombard, Illinois. Slightly hazy, bright yellow pour with a thick white head, this one was nicely balanced with a touch of hops and a nice nose of roses, slightly sweet. Pretty good.

Bottle [leftover judging beer from 2006 GABF] poured a hazt golden yellow with a large lasting white head. Aromas of honey, citrus, bread and a hint of apple. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of citrus, bread and a light hint of honey with a crisp lightly tart finish.

Honey imparts something of an overall dryness although you also get the full honey sweetness towards the end of the palate. Very well crafted ale.

On tap @ King’s Fish House in Eastlake. Light almost faint aroma of floral hops and sweet honey detected by the nose. Sweet and perfectly balanced between hops and malt while a noticed spoonful of honey in the mix as well. Strong disgusting finish that tasted like a Coors aftertaste or another macro company.
