Commercial Description:
Cask; Special - April 2007.
This is one of our Salford Series for 2007. Each of the series is brewed using an identical malt grist. What will alter with each beer is the hop formulation. The beers are brewed using classic brewing methods to produce a range of premium traditional-style bitters.
This is the fourth in the series, brewed using Cascade hops. On the 1st April 1974, Salford was made a Metropolitan Borough. The boundary between the City and Manchester follows the path of the River Irwell.
