Sampled at the brewhouse. A very nice brew. Crisp and clear and has a very strong malt base and very crisp malts. The best i have had there yet.

Copper body with a small off-white head. Sweet, bready nose. Lots of caramel malt in the aroma, and a nice smooth mouthfeel. This beer is decent, but a little one-dimensional.

Bottle. Pours copper, head has some quickly disappearing lacing. Nose is grainy, sticky, berry-like. Flavor is simple, light fruity and bitter hops. Very little carbonation. Smooth, buttery mouthfeel. Faint bitterness lingers long.

Nice copper color with a malty aroma. Some notes of caramel malt. Decent beer but nothing exceptional.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear copper color with off white head that laced the glass. Light flowery hop nose and flavor. Tasted a bit roasty and had a bitter finish.

This was an exceedingly generic beer. In fact, after I drank it, my immediate reaction was that there wasn’t much to remember it by. It was a little darker in colour than most lager beers. It had some hops, but I remember disliking the hop flavour: there was something generic or processed about the hop flavour. Not a winner.

Reddish amber ale with a thin white head. Sweet malty aroma with note sof cinnamon plus that damned sulfur. Crisp german malts and good hops, giving a smooth restrained bitterness. Medium bodied. On tap at BP, August 2005.

On tap at the San Francisco "Brews on the Bay" Festival. Medium orange pour, off white frothy white head. Pleasant, wort-like aroma. Flavor has some light citrus and some artifical cereal like fruitiness - reminds me of Fruity Pebbles. Very crisp, clean mouthfeel. Decent.
