Beach Chalet Playland Pale Ale

(On tap) Clear, pale amber golden with a creamy, white, lacing head. Fairly discreet aroma of caramel. Medium body with light accents of caramel and then a dry, hoppy finish. 270307

On tap, at the brewpub. All my notes say is "Pale” from my dinner there, and this is the only Pale listed, so this will have to do. Dark yellow, small white head. Sweet malt aroma, faint hops. Sweet bread like malt taste, with some hops at the end. Some flavour, but an underwhelming Pale.

Light gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A light to medium bodied Pale Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Touch of orange and apricots. Hops are slightly bitter and grapefruity. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. More in the English style of a pale ale. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Lightly effervescent, with delicious delicate flavors floral and fruity, wide body, and a peppery finish.
