Jul 28, 2009 From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy and light fruity. Fruity hops flavoured, light initial sweetness and decent malt body. Ends fruity and bitter. Plain and simple ipa.

Dec 12, 2004 Tap. Hazy amber ale with a pleasant floral hops aroma. Harsh hops attack with a bitter lemon note. Too hoppy. Bilous finish. Unbalanced, needs to reduce hops. (June 2004).

Jan 2, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. The body was hazy dark gold with a bright white head. The aroma was grapefruit with some almonds and bread. The taste was bitter grapefruit and almonds. A fairly bitter finish. Good, but nothing special.

Aug 16, 2006 Tasted at the 9th Annual Bistro IPA Festival (2006). This IPA pours a light orange gold color. Large sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus and floral. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and floral. Medium bitterness for an IPA. Crisp and clean, but finishes with a nice floral sweetness. Good balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Jul 23, 2006 On tap @ Park Chalet poured a clear copper with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of carmel, pine earthiness and a hint of grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and dry. Flavors of earthiness, pine and carmel with a lingering moderatly bitter finish.
