Tasted on tap at the Bistro Double IPA Festival on 2/7/2009. This Imperial IPA pours a medium light orange color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is orange, citrus, sweet malts and floral. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. The malts are caramel and orange. The hops are herbal and citrus. Nice carbonation. Touch of herbal hops. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

On tap at Bistro DIPA Fest poured a hazy golden amber with a lasting light amber head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, orange zest and light pine. Palate was light to medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, pine, earthiness and light citrus with a smooth lingering moderatly bitter finish.

On tap at Bistro DIPA Fest. This amber ale poured with a thin off-white head and a pine aroma. There is a creamy caramel malt flavor with some serious hop bitterness at the finish.

Tap at Bistro DIPA festival. Light amber color with light creamy off-white head. Reasonable resin aromas. Fulll bodied with soft creamy carbonation. Flavor is a mix of resin and floral over significant malt. Finish is smooth, floral and less than dry. Just most excellent.
