beerguy101 (3861), Newark, California, USA Aug 1, 2009 Sampled at the brewpub on 7/10/2009. This light beer/pale lager pours a light gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal and grainy. Medium bodied Pale Lager. The malts are cereal and grainy. The hops are spicy and earthy. Good carbonation. Nice balance. Has some taste for a light beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

JohnC (2227), Mission Viejo, California, USA Jul 10, 2009 I had this on draft at the Beach Chalet brewpub.
This is a clear yellow pour. For something called ’light’ there’s a nice presence of hops and malt.
PilsnerPeter (2585), Flushing, New York, USA Apr 14, 2009 Tap at the brewpub: Very pale yellowish with a white film of head. Papery pale malt aroma with some cereal grains, corn (adjuncty). Light grainy flavor. Very macro feeling. Some doughy sweetness, corn and hardly any hop character. Doesn’t really hit the style. anders37 (4516), Malmö, Sweden Mar 9, 2009 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear yellow color with a longlasting white head. Has a sweetish malty grainy aroma with some hints of hops. Sweetish malty grainy hoppy flavor. Has a sweetish malty finish. heemer77 (4294), Savannah, Missouri, USA Jan 2, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. The body was pale gold with a white head. The aroma was bready with some potatoes and grass. The taste was grassy hay. Not much else. Decent for a lighter golden ale. rmussman (905), California, USA Apr 20, 2008 For a light beer this was pretty nice. Went down smooth. Very pale but still a nice fruity sweet texture.
