Tap at the brewpub: Pale golden with a fading white head. Simple aroma- lightly wheaty and very clean with no ester actions. Light bodied and crisp. Clean wheat malt base meshes with a grainy pale malt sweet note. Not much yeast character. Very American feeling. No major flaws, just boring.

Hazy light yellow color. Slightly fruity. Spicy wheat aroma. Light bitterness and spicy wheat flavor. Some graininess. Not bad although I could do without the graininess.

Sampled at the brewpub on 7/10/2009. This wheat beer pours a slightly hazy light gold color from the tap. Small to no head. The aroma is wheat and cereal. A light to medium bodied wheat beer. The malts are fruity and cereal, touch of banana. Nice carbonation. Kind of a so-so, typical brew pub, wheat beer. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

This was quite different for a wheat beer...it didn’t have any fruitiness, didn’t have much sourness (thankfully). Unfortunately, it didn’t have much flavour either. It had a little bit of hops, which had a sort of flavour that didn’t seem to fit the character of the rest of the beer. You definitely notice that it’s only a half wheat beer--whether this is a good thing or not, I don’t really know. Overall, this was ok, nothing great.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild wheaty, less on the estery notes. Mild wheaty and medium dry flavoured. Ends mild bitter and dry.

Tap. Light golden yellow color. American style, so it lacks anything more than a wheat malt flavor. It is dry on the palate.
