| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 24, 2009 On draft at the brewpub in Healdsburg. This came in the glass a brown color with a foamy tan head and left nice lacing rings. Nose is of coffee and roasted malts, with chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium and the overall texture is light and a bit watery but nevertheless smooth. Flavor is dominate by the roasted malts and bitter chocolate but the floral and grassy hops show up in the dry finish. Overall a smooth and easy drinking porter.
