Lots of big bright fruity hops. Intense chewy sweetness. Lots of rich caramel and a touch of sweet plumminess as well. Pine resin and bright fruity/citrusy hops. Aroma is sharp strong boozy bourbon, oak, light vanilla, earthy and zesty rye, with sweet caramel malts, fruity and citrusy hops- hints of apricot and piney spruce hops. Flavor is boozy- bourbon, caramel and toffee sweetness cut with earthy dry rye malts, piney and spruce with more apricot and tangerine hops. Medium bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness.
