Oct 15, 2009 Interesting beer here. Spicy and a bit of yeast to begin but the fruit really took over as I went. Not my cup of tea, but it was intriguing to see what a different strain of yeast can do to something I know well. (Draught at Thrash Zone, Yokohama, Japan)

Sep 22, 2009 Fun. Lovely carbonation with a zesty spice and yeast. Along with some nice flavorful caramel malts and pine hops. Nice fruit essence and good body.

Sep 8, 2009 Draft. Pours orange brown with a beige head. Toasty malt aroma with a fair amount of fruity esters. The flavor brings a general fruity sweetness, along with floral hops and sweet caramel malt. Not bad.

Aug 26, 2009 on tap at Falling Rock, pours dark red with off white head. the aroma is a rather off putting, a rotten red and dark fruit-yeasty thing going on. flavor is malty with that rotten fruit flavor. that beligan yeast strain took over this brew with poor results.

Some hop aroma. Dark bronze coloured and very fruity with a bitter lasting wheaty finish.

Aug 11, 2009 $6 pint on tap at Falling Rock. Dark reddish-orange, looks more like Red Rocket than Racer 5. It smells kind of grainy and not hoppy at all. The flavor is more grains and cereal malty type flavor, not really good at all. In fact this was a real disappointment to be honest.
