Commercial Description:
This traditional white beer is brewed using raw and malted wheat and a Belgian yeast strain. The suspended proteins in the beer cause a hazy or cloudy look to the beer. This thirst quencher is a summer favorite. Cheers!

Pint pour @ Hop Devil Grill. The beer pours a clean dark yellow with a strong sticky head. Aroma is very nice for the style, starts with a thick musky coriander and spikes of lemon. Some sweet candy aroma as well. Its easy drinking without being watery; coriander and a mineral mouthfeel in the finish make it very enjoyable.

Tap at Hop Devil Grill. Pale amber beer with a thin white head. Aroma of lemon and peach with a bit of clove. Thin-bodied but okay. Some decent doughy maltiness and a bit of apricot and belgian pale malt. Not terribly wheaty tasting, but it’s quite nice nonetheless.

Draught at brewpub. Faint wheat in aroma. Crystal clear light gold body with some carbonation, a white head and excellent lace. Normally a Wit is hazy, but this one is clear, hence the "Crystal" in the name. Creamy aspect with not much bite. Not really true to style, but has a nice banana finish. Doughy. Pretty good.

Wheat and mild malts in the nose. Thin and soft palate with mild graininess. Some very soft hopping is noticeable. Clean and soft finish. Not really very belgian in character.

Wheat and corriander on the nose. Pours cloudy yellow with a decent head. Wheaty citrus flavors, some spices. Nothing special, but a good session beer.

Draft at San Diego Brewing Company. Clear yellow with decent white head. Aromas of wheat and some citrus. Lots of Wheat twang on the flavor. Just OK

Tasted on tap at the 2nd Annual Drakes IPA Festival. This wit pours a slightly cloudy light yellow gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is spicy and citrusy. A light to medium bodied wit. Malts are fruity and sweet and citrusy. More citrus than spice. Clean yeasts. Seems a little more like an American Wheat than a wit, it needs a little more estery character. Crisp and clean. Light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

On tap @ City Beer Store, SF Ca. Foggy golden color. Very foamy head with tight bubbles. Sweet, fruity nose. Similar in flavor. Quite interesting citrus fruit dominates the flavor with a clean, sweet finish. Not a bad beer, but not my favorite style.
