Draught at the brewpub during RBSG09. Gold-light orange color with a white head. Clean malty and light dough aroma with some faint herbal hops. Doughy malts and very light hops with an overall cleanliness. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Decent, but not much going on.

Tap at Bear Republic. Dark yellow pour with a white head. Light malt with a touch of hop aroma. Taste is smooth malt with just a touch of hops. Refreshing.

Tap at brewpub. Amber pour with a thin white head. Aroma is malty, yeasty and too overly sweet. Flavor is grainy with some fruit spiciness to it. Mouthfeel extremely thin. This one didn’t do it for me.

On Tap, copper body with a frothy white head. Aroma of bulk dry barley and fresh wheat with some citrus tree leaves. Flavor was crisp and full of light grains and some dull lemon and orange. Tasted almost muted. Nothing really popped out but everything went together really well. The dry wheat flavors really took over and separated it from having that lemony hefeweizen flavor but they felt similar on the tongue. Not quite sure what to make of it, but after eating some fries dipped in chipotle mayo, the clean refreshing body sure felt nice.

On tap at The Red in Santa Cruz. Poured into a pint glass. Clear gold with thick but watery white head. Aroma is earthy with some toasty grains. Flavors of dough with a touch of toffee. Some vague noble hoppiness. Thin and well-carbonated. Pretty boring.

On tap at Tally Ho. Golden amber color with no head. Carbonation. Aroma of yeast. Flavor of bread, malts, and some honey. Sweet aftertaste. Average beer, but much better than a Corona.
