Commercial Description:
"XP" is the abbreviation for Exceptional Pale Ale. This is our interpretation of a classic pale ale. Our "XP" (exceptional pale) has a golden color, and is very light bodied with a noticeable hop aroma and bittering element that just teases the hopheads but satisfies the newest of microbrewed ale drinkers. This beer is brewed with American Two Row, English wheat, Belgian, and Dextrin malts. Mix this with just the right amounts of Cascade and Centennial hops and you've got a winner!!

Pours an watery amber with orange hues from the bomber with a slightly lacing white head. Aroma is very fruity, floral and hoppy. Initial flavor is sweet and very crisp, hoppy, sticky, citrus and piney. Finish is clean and sweet. Nice beer, wheatier than other pale ales, but a good american version.

Bomber (kind of dusty). Poured a slightly hazy amber with a stiff merangue head and a few floaties. Islets of lacing. Aroma of cookie/shortbread caramel malts, sweet and buttery with some honeysuckle and orange. Malty biscuit/scone flavor with honey and a trace of yeast. Citrusy hop tang on the finish with a mildly bitter hop aftertaste. Has some classic leathery English ale notes as well. Smooth palate. Pretty good work.

A refreshing summer pale ale. Pours an amber color with white head. Aroma of grapefruit hops. Flavors of citrus, grapefruit, refreshing hops, and a little bit of caramel malt. It has that Bear Republic taste to it, if you know what I mean. Nicely done pale ale.

Bomber. Wow, what a perfect summer beer! Pours a dark gold to light amber with a big fluffy towering dirty-white head. Gorgeous melon citrus nose, plenty of hop flavor rolling in before the first sip. Hops dominate the palate from the attack through the finish, though the finish is crisp and clean without any bitter linger. Some asparagus notes peek through near the finish, but mostly there’s a mild generic two-row malt profile hovering underneath the hp clouds. Hard to do justic to how refreshing this is with a verbal description.

Pours a clear amber color with a good size off white head that is kinda clumpy but lasts. Lively carbonation. Has a light citrus hop aroma. Flavor is mainly hops. Very little caramel malt backing. Bitterness comes through after you swallow. Medium body. A decent beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear light amber color with white head that left some lace. Subdued fruity, citrusy hop nose and flavor anchored by a light malty caramel backbone and a touch of bitterness on the tongue.
