| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Aug 16, 2006 Bomber. Wow, what a perfect summer beer! Pours a dark gold to light amber with a big fluffy towering dirty-white head. Gorgeous melon citrus nose, plenty of hop flavor rolling in before the first sip. Hops dominate the palate from the attack through the finish, though the finish is crisp and clean without any bitter linger. Some asparagus notes peek through near the finish, but mostly there’s a mild generic two-row malt profile hovering underneath the hp clouds. Hard to do justic to how refreshing this is with a verbal description. cbkschubert (2005), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA
