Commercial Description: Dark black in color with chocolate maltiness from seven different types of barley and a spicy herbal hop character from Northdown and Williamette hops. The tradition of a long, drawn-out "Pedrooooooo," sometimes heard in Berkeley at night - particularly before examinations - is very old and its exact origin is unknown.
