Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090805]

Deep amber color, small white head. Very light nose: some honeyish hops and touch of diacetyl. Crisp. Light citrusy hops. Some honey in the otherwise bitterish aftertaste. Quite weak body overall.

Jan 11, 2009 Cask - The Thomas Beckett, Canterbury. A darkened, slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Delicate malty nose with a dry hoppy balance. Sweet fruity malt flavours and a delicate caramel tone. Light tasting, light mouthfeel = quaffable and refreshing.
