eaglefan538 (2115), Wilmington, Delaware, USA Oct 5, 2008 On draft at Beaver Street. Pour was full amber colored body with some copper hues. Head was nice off-white, provided excellent almost continuous lacing all the way down with some ring patterns in there. The aroma was caramel, toffee, some piney-citrusey notes, but certainly not strong. Flavor followed the aroma, nice bitter resinous bite at the end of each sip, only gentle floral and citrusey touches behind it all, more bittering hops than any flavors. The mouthfeel was quite nice, slightly creamy for the style, a decent sipper (in a somewhat unimpressive style for me) on a beautiful sunny afternoon in Flagstaff.
