Commercial Description:
Our original Beck's is a classic German lager beer with a distinctive full-bodied taste, fresh "hoppy" bouquet, golden color and full rich head. Adding to its complexity is a slightly fruity but firm crispness and a dry, clean finish.

I expected worse. I had it sitting in my fridge for nearly a year, Nothing bad. Just not much of anything good.

Pale yellow with minimal head and lacing. Skunky smell and taste, with a bit of hops and a bit of malt. Surprisingly dry and crisp aftertaste. Not bad, just not a very interesting brew.

Taste 9/8 Pint Can(best by 5/9). Looks: Pale gold, thin white top. Medium carbonation movement. Aroma: Mild grain. Banana/ester. Taste: O.k. brew for the amounts produced. Warsteiner with harder water and more bite. The taste is mild the feel is more alive. O.k.

Draught. Clear golden colour with a medium white head. Hoppy aroma. Flavour is hops and citrus. Slightly bitter and dry finish.
