Bottle at Globen smagning. Pours a murky brown with no head. Smells of grapes and fruit gum. Sweet and slightly sour. Also fruity aromas. Quite dry. No carbonation. Medium bodied. Long, bitter and very dry finish with hints of yoghurt.

Dec 13, 2009 Hazy orange with a medium off white head. Yeasty aroma with fruits and malty notes. Flavour was fruity and yeasty and slightly sour. Sourish finish. Refreshing.

Oct 31, 2009 Draught @ Globen, Cph. Reddish coloured. Unclear. Light brown almost non existent head. Sweetness, light sourness, cookie, fruits and berries in the aroma. Flavour is similar. Loads of berries, sourness and grape. Is quite vineous. Surprisingly well balanced. Mediu to full bodied. Sweetish and grapish end. Quite interesting experiment.

Unclear medium orange amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sour - tart, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090516]

Jul 5, 2009 Draught. [Beer festival 2009] Small bubbly almost beige like head that mostly diminished. Fair display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of fruity and citrus notes. Over the palate came a hint of mild berries and a hint of wine like notes with a twist of caramel in there as well. Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet and acidic flavor. Fruity tart like finish.
