Mar 1, 2008 Based on very hazy notes. Dark brown to black with brown head. Strong bitter orange & fresh ginger aromas. Flavor burned with bitter orange, finishes with some hop bitterness. Medium to full bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Propably nicer in a snifter, since a pint of these spices gets a bit too heavy.

Jan 3, 2008 Draught@Beer Hunters. Deep rubyish brown colour with mediumsized brown head. Leaves slight lace. Aroma is a lot of cinnamon and some mild notes of fruits and caramel. Flavour is licorace, some roasted notes and quite much spices. One of the best Christmas beers I tasted this season, this including the ones I had at the Kerstbierfestival. Mika did a good job .)

Dark brown color, almost opaque, small brownish head, some lace. Christmasy spicey aroma (clove, cinnamon) - like in Finnish "glögi" (glühwein). Full-bodied. Spicey, some fruity wheat-like flavors and strawberries. In the finish lots of roasted malts and licorice. Aftertaste is peppery with long roasty aftertaste. Balanced, tasty Christmas beer. One of the best all time from Beer Hunters.
