Pours a hazy orange amber, frothy white head. Citrus, grapefruit, caramel malt, toffee, and grain. Fairly marginal. Pretty balanced between hops and malt.

Nose is sweet malty, not hoppy - at least not in the big pine or citrus way. Appearance is orange and cloudy with a thick foamy head. The bottle started foaming out of the top before I even poured it. Flavor is sticky sweet syrupy malt with an intense bitter finish. This is where the hops make their appearance known. Alcohol is also noticeable in this one - not hidden by the big malt/hop profile. Drinkable, but far from my favorite 2IPA.

This bottle gushed profusely when it was uncapped. Tall sticky white head over a fairly clear orange body. Malty with some nice spicy hops. Bitter with a smooth dry finish.

A cloudy orange with minimal head that leaves very little lacing. The aroma is nonexistent. The flavor is pretty much all bitter with very little hop flavor, but I still enjoyed it. There are tons of IIPAs I would much prefer though.

A wonderful brew here. The hops hold the base down quite frankly and the citrus aroma is a nice back bone to the superb quality of the bitterness that subsides. I love the vague presence of the honey as well, nice touch.

smells very sweet and orangey. is pretty cloudy and quite fizzy. additionally, the somewhat thin head of this beer is very soft and feathery. flavor is quite bitter like orange peels and a little piney. mouthfeel is similar to orange juice that has pulp in it. B

22oz bottle. Pours cloudy golden amber in color with thin white head. Aroma sweet and citrus hops. Taste piney, mild bitter and citrus hops with grapefruit bitter finish.

Botle courtesy of WeeHeavySD. Pours copper with a thin white head. Smells of resin, citrus. Tastes resiny and chewy with some sweetness on the finish.
