Pours a very hazy orange with just a bit of white head. The nose is a leafy tangerine and grapefruit combo with a bit of sugar. The flavor is quite pithy and that bitter character runs through the finish. Medium body and certainly easy to drink. This is a plenty tasty beer and I’d love to have it again.

Not as hoppy as expected. Balance leans more toward bitterness, which detracts from the aroma, but still has a great aftertaste. I’d buy it again.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy light orange with a fluffy eggshell white head. Aroma: Light whiffs of grassy, citrusy hops. Taste: Earthy bitter hops, a little bit of citrus and sweet malt. Finishes with a small lingering bitterness. Mouthfeel: Creamy and slightly sticky. Overall: I was hoping for a larger aroma, but other than that, a really balanced, yet hardy double IPA.

Pours a cloudy apricot orange with a generous head. Aroma is of fruity hops and a little powdered chocolate. Wow, nice flavor: Hop bitterness meets chocolatey malts. Didn’t see that one coming. A little bit of flower petals too in the finish. This doesn’t taste anywhere near 9%, and this pleases me greatly. You can feel the warmth in your esophagus though going down. Nice. Mouthfeel is nice and full, a little gooey too, almost perfect. Wow, I really wasn’t expecting to like this one this much, me not being a big IPA guy, but this stuff is damn good. Overall, excellent.

Foggy amber, thin white head. Aroma is apricot, peach, light hoppiness. Taste is aged hops, apricot skin, peach skin, light caramel and pale malt.

Bomber from Bottle Barn. Nose of light pine and floral hops. Hazy orange with a medium offwhite head. Falvor is light bitterness, some caramel sweeyness, and a very lightly bitter finish. Way too sweet!

Bottle from sparky27. Orange in color, with a nice head that took a while to settle. Aroma of malts and a touch hops. Taste malty. This bottle either had some age on it or Beer Valley forgot to add the hops. Texture is smooth and easy drinking. Overall an ok DIPA. Thanks E for the bottle!
