Commercial Description:
Pigskin Pale Ale is light in color yet high in malt and hop character. Crisp and clean like a well-executed touchdown pass, Pigskin Pale Ale finishes off with an end zone celebration of zesty, floral hops that says 6 points, American Style.

Bottle as a bonus in trade with hopdog. Thanks man! Pours orange with a fluffy lasting white head. Smell is mild fruity orange and tea like earthiness. Taste is very balanced with a nice malt presence with slightly strong orange fruity bitter hoppiness. Moderate hoppiness and spot on for a pale ale. Medium to full body with crisp carbonation. Solid, enjoyable pale ale.

Aroma of malt, pine and hops. Flavor is oily reinous pine and bitter hops balanced out with just enough malt. Decent pale ale.

Bottle. Poured medium orange with Thick white head. Aroma of citrusy hop. Malty flavour, with a hop spine and edge. Thin mouth. Hop in the finish, but not a lot. This smells like a Cape ale and tastes like a pale.

22 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a hazy golden color with a one finger thick off white head. Light lacing. Aroma is big citrus and pine hops with some underlying toasted malt hiding in there. The flavor has a bit more malt to it, but the hops still lead the way. This is one of those beers that will balance out with a bit of time. Medium body. A decent APA.

Too sweet by half, fruity, malty and overpoweringly scented. Smell clings and permeates the taste. It does look purty though!

Bomber bottle... Poured orange with a think white head, nice lacing. Beautiful, floral hops on the nose with a little spicy residue. Great drinkability and a satisfying hop bitterness for a mere pale ale. Other flavors of citrus and other fruits and a mild candy like sweetness probably from malt.

Pours hazy orange with a lasting short white head. Earthy caramel malt, nuts, and toffee in the nose with grassy hops. Smooth, robust taste with apricot and grapefruit hops, light resin, butterscotch malt, and a slight vegetable taste. Nice APA.

Pours light coppery on tap with medium white head. Because I got it in a restaurant, it was colder than I would normally drink it. First taste was a nice light sweentness, floral notes and a good kick of hops. Continues with toasty malt, citrusy zest, and spice. Nice crisp bitterness at the finish.
