A pretty drinkable round, but certainly not heavy. I like it, for a low carber. dirtymike (2018), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

At first taste, a light spiciness, but then nothing. No interest whatsoever. Earlier Rating: 9/10/2002 Total Score: 2 Interestingly, not as light-colored (side-by-side) as their lager, blonde, or Bambino ale. Wheaty, long finish, but plain. It started to let down into watery dullness, but for a "light" (compared to Bud Light, etc. etc.) this isn’t that repulsive. But, it’s not a "clean" flavor either. Marc (477), Yokosuka, Japan
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 2, 2002 This one was very interesting. Thin clean grain with a wisp of perfumed hops in the nose with a brilliant sparkling gold color, first sips seem flavorless. No sugar what so ever gives this interesting beer a razor sharp dryness witch allows for apreciation of delicate maltiness, a fragile hop bitterness, and the slightest of hints of summer fruits. No aftertaste with a cleansing seltzer like finish. Not for everyone but an enjoyablae experiment in sudlty.
