Beer Works Beanpot Amber Ale

Tap at fenway. Pours a very light amber with a woody flare and a thin diminshing head. Aroma is nutty, toasted malts, lgith caramel and tea. Light chocolate hints in the flavor otherwise pretty weak and bland with some astringent tea like sweetness.

Named after the annual Great Tournament between Harvard, BU, BC, and Northeastern held every winter on the Boston ice. A solid round for drinking, but as my amber standards go, undistinguished. Can hold its own.
