Aroma was of dark roasted malts with a hint of some chocolate and mild of hops. Flavor was slightly sweet with notes of caramel and flowery hops mixed in with the roasted malts. Palate was surprisingly thin, but overall a very drinkable beer. T2Tool (352), Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 14, 2007 Tap at Canal Street Location: Amber/brown pour with a thin tan head. Chocolaty, roasted aroma; reminiscent of tootsie rolls. The upfront flavor is slightly flowery, soapy, almost mildly tart, which leads to a roasty brown sugar like finish. The flavors aren’t really harmonious or balanced, but it’s still not bad. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA
