ChristianScheffel (4431), Odense, Denmark Nov 2, 2009 Cask at GBBF. Golden with a small white head. Aroma of citrus and grass. Dry citrus hoppy flavour with some yeasty notes. Nice hoppy finish. MesandSim (5790), London, Greater London, England Oct 18, 2009 A Mes rate. Gravicask at GBBF. Semi cloudy orange amber colour. Quite fruity. Some peach and an unusual strawberry note. The malt is ok, the hops are ok too but a little too faint. A strange one but not an epic one. harrisoni (6703), Ashford, Kent, England Oct 10, 2009 At GBBF 2009. Odd kiwi fruit/strawberry flavour. Dirty somehow, earthy, strawberry. Just not quite right somehow. Rune (2757), Tromsų, Norway Sep 8, 2009 On the second day at the GBBF, I continued drinking from the USA bar. This one, presented in the BSF program as Lowell Beer Works, was poured from gravity cask into my one-third pint glass and revealed a slightly hazy, orange coloured body. Smell of fruity malts. Taste of herbal hops and late fruity sweetness. Lightly bittersweet finish. Ordinary (London, 05.08.2009). leaparsons (4659), Leicester, Leicestershire, England Sep 7, 2009 Cask, GBBF 09. Cloudy amber with a small head. aromas are toast with peppery notes and spices. Flavours are malty with citrus and yeast. Caramel and biscuit with a light dry finish. A bit boring but OK. cgarvieuk (4159), Edinburgh, Scotland Sep 2, 2009 Cask at GBBF 09 ... amber ... dry musty hop nose ... big soft orange front ... little smoke ... little toffee ... soft fruit. maeib (4677), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England Aug 14, 2009 Cask Conditioned Gravity Dispense GBBF 09.
