Poured clear and medium amber with a nice, thick white head. Light, sweet malty nose with some fruitiness; nuanced maltiness continues in the flavor. This is quaffable in the extreme. ericnixon (719), Northampton, Massachusetts, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 29, 2005 Updated: Jan 31, 2005On draught January 2005 at Canal St. A slightly hazy orange-amber body with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, earthy malt and very dry, almost grassy hops. Flavor is lightly crisp, but has a smooth, almost fruity bouquet of flavors emerge as the body wraps itself around your tongue. Not watery or light at all, for the style. Sweet and buttery malt mixes well with the crisp yeast and lightly dry hops. A very good representation of the style. Very drinkable. dirtymike (2018), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
