| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jul 31, 2005 On cask at fenway location -- hugely dissapointing beer. It looked and smelled great in the glass, but damn did it become syrupy on the tongue. Little in the way of unique taste, I have no idea what cellar they "reserved" this one in -- but it sure didn’t do much. Volgon (2490), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 10, 2005 On tap at the brewpub, listed as Red Victory: Clear orange/red with a small white head, light malts in the aroma, watery mouthfeel with light carbonation, starts and ends lightly bitter. I may have rated this too highly as I was so happy not to be drinking the iced tea beer. Earlier Rating: 1/5/2004 Total Score: 3.6 On tap in Salem: Orange amber color with no head. Biscuity aroma, huge grainy taste, full bodied. Slight sweet ending.
