Draught at Fenway location. Pours a light brownish color with a fizzy appearance and a small white head. Nose is lightly malty and blueberry. Palate is thin and fizzy. Flavor is lightly malty with some bready notes and hints of blueberrys.

On tap at BBW on canal street, yellow gold color, garnished with fresh blueberries from maine, swirling in the beer, with a thick white head, the nose has an intense blueberry aroma with a pale malt accent, and a floral hops note, follows through on a medium-bodied blueberry palate, with a real strong mouthfelling blueberry fruitiness, probably the golden pale ale with blueberries?, with a crisp floral hops, leading towards a dry hoppy finish.

A great fruit beer effort from this small micro/brew pub. It all tatse in balance but sometimes it seems that too much blue berry comes through.

Tap @ Salem Beer Works. Pours a light golden with a smidge of a head. Served with loose fresh blueberries mixed into the pour. Scents of blueberries predominate. Light and crisp, refreshing blueberry ale. Would be wonderful on a hot, sumer day. Especially tasty when you get a few of the blueberries in the mouthful.

On tap at the Brew Pub Boston Dec 05. Very light pale gold colour with blueberries bobbing around in it. This was ok, but probably my least favourite of the one’s I tried here. Loz like it and so did her mum, tasted a bit like a standard pale lager with maybe a hint of citric fruit in there.

on tap and garnished with a small handful of blueberries-pours a foamy blue/white head that laces. Slightly hazy pale yellow/pale pink color. Aroma is blueberry. Taste is a light beer grain with blueberries.

Saw a bunch of people having this on my visit. Pours out a straw color with a small head. Interesting garnish of real Maine (or so they say) Blueberries. Blueberry aroma with some sweet malts. Very cool looking to see the blueberries floating up and down on the bubbles, that alone gives it a 5 for appearance. Other than that I’m glad I got to try this beer, but it definitely isn’t something that I could drink all night.

I "accidentally" stopped in to Boston Beer Works next to Fenway Park after my tour at the Sam Adams Brewery. The bartender recommended this beer and I am glad he did. The appearance is what stands out as there is a spoonful of blueberries floating around, which gives it a distinct purplish glow. Good microbrew ale that was smooth and not over powering with the blueberry taste. I ended up going back later on that night to grab two more pints before they closed.
