Bomber, thanks to illidurit. Cloudy golden with medium off white head. Nose of caramel, malt and a bit of wood. Taste was average, a bit hoppy. Not one of the better IPA’s.

22ouncer shared by illidurit. Hazy orange-amber color with a medium head. Crystal malt aroma with some light floral and piney hops trying to poke through. The flavor has an odd maltiness in a grainy way with alight tanginess and some resiny bitterness a ctric hop flavor. Medium bodied and lightly astringent feel. Weird beer, maybe too much yeast character or questionable malt. Definitely not hopped very well.

Pours a hazy brownish orange with a decent white head. Aroma is crystal malty with notes of brown bread, caramel, and very light sweeter citrus. Super malty flavor, caramel and bread, iced tea, with a flavorless bitterness that lingers slightly. Hardly any flavor or aroma hops, possibly an old bottle? Carbonation is a bit too coarse, mouthfeel a little thin. Definitely not a beer I’m going to go seek out again.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear amber coloured with a small off white ehad. Sweet aroma of caramel, hops and grass with notes of pine needles. Fruity flavour of caramel, hops, grass, pine needles and grape fruits. Dry hoppy finish.

Sampled on 5/22/2009. This IPA pours a medium orange gold color from a 22oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is citrusy and piney, with a touch of malt sweetness. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are grapefruity. The label says its an over the top IPA. It really more of a middle of the road IPA, but… Decent, but its kind of lost in the sea of other IPA’s out there. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle from Ledger’s. No aroma. Flavor is grass, grain, wheat, yeast, mellow (Belgian?) hop character. Very calming in its mineral water quality. Reminds me of a Colorado beer.
