After about 3/4 of this shot out of the bottle onto my kitchen floor, it poured quite nicely into my snifter.. pale-to-medium golden with a creamy, sticky cap of white head. The aroma was spicy and ever-so-engaging with spicy cloves, dried banana skins, and lemon rind over a pale base.. I really enjoyed it. The flavor was spicy and strong with cloves, lemon zest, and vinegary funk driving it.. pale and drier base with a little lemon meat.. finished strong as well with zesty, sour light fruit skins and more spicage. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation on the palate.. spices were dominant, but worked well together.. wish I got to drink the rest of it. KimJohansen (7136), Copenhagen V, Denmark
