Commercial Description:
"In fermento veritas." Bière aux 10 épices (10 spices) BeerMania is not a brewery, the "Mea Culpa" (or Mea Maxima Culpa, the same in 75cl bottle - there is even Ultima Culpa, but that's an incredibly large artsy glass) is brewed upon Nassers' own recipe at a Belgian brewery. He declines sofar to tell which, untill he has all contracts signed and papers worked out...

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of Belgian yeast and spices - especially coriander. The flavor is sweet with primary notes of fruit - peaches being strongest. The body is thin.
