Our brewers add a special blend of North American and English hops five different times during the brewing and maturation process! This full-flavored IPA offers a complex malt character balanced with sharp but smooth bitterness and a wonderful floral hop aroma.

Pours copper with a white head. Smells earthy, sage like and floral. Tastes grassy and bitter with some peppery splashes on the finish.

Hazy amber ale with a thick off white head. A typical floral and caramel malt in aroma. In mouth, a sustained hop bitterness with lots of grapefruit, a bit thin and simple. A good little starter IPA. Tasted in August 2007. 2,99 at Booze Bros.

Bottle. Hazy orange colour with a big off-white head. Peach, pine, hop aroma and a malty, peach, pine, hop taste. Medium body with a dry finish.

Clear tan color, unimpressive average head. Light to moderate floral hops aroma - actually not too strong at all. Moderate crystal malt note. Bone dry flavor with some ragged hop notes and strong huskiness. Finishes quite bitter, extremely dry. This one doesn’t have much to offer, at all.

Bottle. Amber beer with a big off-white head. Floral and light citrus hop aroma. Floral hop flavor with some backing spiciness and a bit of malt. Lingering floral hop. Different.Just way too floral and it starts seeming like a perfume after a while...

Bomber poured a clear golden amber with a large lasting creamy off white head. Aromas of carmel, bread, floral hops and faint citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, light citrus, some earthinessand a hint of soap with a lingering bitter finish.

A fairly standard, above average West Coast IPA. Nice and hoppy in the nose. Malty sweet, citrusy and piney on the palate. Very smooth and very, very drinkable. Nothing at all wrong with this!
