Commercial Description:
Hops, Hops, Hops! Our brewers ad a special blend of North American hops three different times during the brewing process. This full-flavored IPA offers a complex malt character balanced with sharp but smooth bitterness and a wonderful floral hop aroma.

Hazy amber brown with a chunky long-lasting head. The descrription caption says "Hops, hops, hops!", but for me this IPA was all about the malt, malt, malt. I’ve said it before that I like a malty IPA, but this beer tested my preference. Aroma is dominated by barley brewing cereal with some reinous hop notes. Palate profile is the same, with chewy malt dominates with a sound resinous bitterness bringing up the finish. I liked it, although it isn’t among my favourite IPAs. Shared with Parksy, who didn’t care for it at all.

A good inch plus of dense creamy beige head. Reduces noice and slow. Cloudy bright orange amber in color. Hoppy aroma. Mostly citrus notes but also some floral notes in there. Bit of harsh roastyness. Thin bitter flavor. Lots of bitterness. Dry with tea characteristics. Earhty and herbal notes that linger long after you want them too. Light alcohol presence. Finishes bitter and astringent. An ok IPA but needs more body to fight off the intense hops bitterness.

Dark amber. Moderate head. Some hops in a sweet nose. Partially mouth drying. Bitter hops and sour sweetness. Some intriguing caramel notes. A bit off putting.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange colour with a fair lasting thick white head. Sweet, fruity, hoppy and malty aroma. Flavour is fresh, sweet and fruity, malty and with bitter hops. The finish is bitter fruitish and a bit skunky.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Hazy, amber golden with a tall, rough and extremely lively, off-white head - quite fizzy in the carbonation. Lightly tart aroma with some citrus. Medium body, sweetish caramel and citrus and a bitter finish. Appears a bit tired and oxidized. 230407
