From a 12 oz bottle purchased as Corti Bros in Sacramento, this poured clear golden color with a sticky white head and lacing like glue. Noe of citrus hops and light malts. Medium and very smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is just slightly sweet and there is slightly bitter finish. A very good lager and remarkably easy to drink.

Bottle pored a clear golden yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, bread dough and citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, light straw and a hint of citrus with a lightly bitter finish.

Bought this beer at Safeway. It pours a dark gold color with a moderate head. Overall it went down smooth, sweet at first, but had a very bitter after taste.

Nice clean aroma with a hint of citrus. Darkish gold color with a noticeable head. Starts a bit sweet, still finding a hint of citrus, then the light malt sticks around. Maybe a bit of fruit hiding in here. Decent for a lager. Mouthfeel is substantial. Arguably there is bitterness in the finish, but not so pronounced as some. Rather unique.

Bottle on May 9, 2006. This blonde ale poured with a thin white head. There is a crisp full lager flavor with a quite yeasty finish. The mouthfeel is very carbonated. I’m not a fan of lagers, but this one was quite enjoyable.

(12 oz bottle: Trader Joe’s in San Diego/Hillcrest, CA) Expecting nothing, I’m pleasantly surprised by this beer, it’s not all that bad actually. Very doughy and grainy, and mildly sweet, with light grass and bitterness creeping in for the finish. Not very aromatic, but dough is the primary aroma here. Light bodied but a bit tangy and lively on the palate, so this beer doesn’t seem watery. Pale straw in color and slightly hazy. Hardly any head during the pour, no more than a thin filmy white layer that quickly fades away completely. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it’s not horrible.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow & Tupalev -- courtesy of GregClow. Pours a clear gold with a small diminishing white head. Needs more head and more bubbles. Nice aroma of fruity hops, a touch of malt, grain and honey. Flavour follows the aroma and is quite tasty, especially for a Lager. It starts sweet and ends with a long bitterness. I don’t care for most Lagers but I really liked this, I would definitely have it again.

Shared with blankboy, GregClow and hogtown harry, bottle courtesy of GregClow. Dark yellow, small white head. Fresh grain aroma. Very nice sweet grain taste - struck me as very original. Lightly hopped. Almost a bubblegum hint (?) - yeast? Alcohol is 4.67? Really? I thought it tasted around 6 (this is good). A little bit of a spicy bite. Nice, certainly a little different than the average Ontario micro lager. Thanks Greg.
