Commercial Description:
This full-bodied red ale gets its deep red hue from generous amounts of caramel and chocolate malt. Assertively hopped with English Northdown and Centennial hops, with a late fortification of hops in the kettle and dryhopping in the conditioning tanks to build a complex hop aroma.

Bottle. Ruby-mahogony color with a beige head. Big caramel aroma with light hops. Rich malt flavors with caramel and chocolate. LIght citrus bitterness. Fuller bodied but easy enough to drink. Nice balance with malts showing nicely.

Bottle. Pours red and clear with a small off white head. Aroma is nice, Sweet and malty, a little bit of fruit and spice with some floral hops evident as well. Sweet caramel malts with a nice hop profile and citric bite. Light body and aggressive carbonation. This is a crisp refreshing amber. Better than I was expecting.

12 oz bottle. Pretty impressive for an amber ale. Deep Amber color with a yellowish head. Head disapated quickly, but left nice lacing nonetheless. Aromas of caramel and hoppy citrus. Flavors of hops too. Very good finish.

Cloudy chestnut brown color with a large off-white head. Nice mild roasted nut aroma, with a little honey and citrus. Very nice roasted nut and citrus hops flavor. Nice slightly crisp finish.

Slightly cloudy cherry chestnut color with a large off-white head. The aroma was full of roasty tones, nutty tones, some nice pine/citrus hops, and an interesting spearmint character. The flavor was full-on roasted/nuttiness with a citrusy twang at the end. The feel was slightly crisp, slightly watery...semi-wet finish. Very nice amber ale. I was really surprised!

Nice hop bite with a slight caramel sweetness to offset the bitterness. The price is what caught my eye, this is a great beer at a good price.

poured a orange-red influenced amber color with a ring of suds. crystalized resin aroma with notes of burnt sugar, dough, mint, and caramel. The aroma has a hint of an aged feel to it. Full body with decent balancing of hops and caramel maltiness..hops are somewhat minty & herbal...Flawless for the style but doesn’t do much for me.

Malty and fruity, pretty nice, A little too sweet for me, but I like alot of hops, so I’m biased. A pretty well balanced beer, I’d drink it again!
