Taste of a new beer, no name yet, only a tripel with 8%. Must say that I didn’t really enjoy it. A bit sour and raspy aftertaste. Possible start of infection, as there is a smell of upcoming sourness? Don’t think so. There is a citrusflavor at first, then a firm flowery hopcharacter comes up. Very fruity, just a little bit tart. Not bad, even my wife liked it.
