Jul 16, 2008 Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Very pale yellow, no head. Ricey and fruity. Sweet and very light bodied. Cidery, fruity and mushy, seemingly massive adjuct percentage and completely unhopped. Utter crap.

May 25, 2008 (Bottle 35 cl) Courtesy of joergen. Comes as "Beijing Bière de Pékin". Clear pale golden with a small, rough, off-white head. Weak aroma of brewing cereal. Light and watery with basically no malt base. Discreet hint of hops in the finish. 160408

Apr 17, 2008 35 cL bottle. Pours clear, pale almost totally clear yellow to white with no lasting head. Mild cornish and bitterhops aroma. Flavour is light bitterhops, light rice/malt base. Dry and almost bland bitternes in the finish.

Flavour of rice, grain and hops with bitter notes.

Jul 14, 2008 Bottled (as Biere de Pekin). Very very pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is slight fruityness, along with rice and paper. Flavour is rice and paper mainly.
