Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, sour yeast, barnyard. Flavor is moderate sweet, bitter and sour with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081128]

Dec 30, 2008 33 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced and vague plastic like. Yeasty fruity. Mild spiced and malty flavoured with a light oxidised like note. Mild yeasty touch too. Fruity and malty finish. Somewhat unrefined.

Dec 9, 2008 Bottle, 7.2%. Yellow colour, big floaties. Stable white head. Sweet flavour, some hay and straw. Too sweet, actually with a little rough hoppiness. Hint of metal in the aftertaste.

Hazy orange-amber color, with medium dark white fine head. Aroma malts, yeast, hops. Medium body. Taste sweet malts, little spice, yeast, good bitter.
A good regular blonde.

Nov 24, 2007 Very good, just yellowish head, fine & dense, over fully hazy orange-ochre beer. Malts, a touch of alcohol, a bit of maltbread & just a touch of caramel. Somehow, I get wasabi , if not sharp. Slightly bitterish, spicy, like horseradish (again) or mustard seedpowder, over mainly neutral to sweet malts. Very creamy, slick MF, alcohol obvious. Very neutral beer, just a little initial spicyness.
