| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 16, 2009 The beer floods out of the bottle upon opening. The color is hazy golden and the head is huge and white. The aroma has notes of yeast, citrus, malt and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of malt, fruit, citrus, yeast and it has a somewhat unbalanced and crude, dry grapefruit bitterness in the finish. The softness from the oats is lingering in the background. austone (1039), Turku; Pori, Finland
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 12, 2009 Bottled (bbe 03/2010) at Apotek, Turku. Very hazy light yellow with tiny flakes floating about, a tad coarse huge pale head. Nicely hoppy nose, chalk, white pepper, hint of honeyish sweetness, yeast. Flavor is a lot stuffier, with some alcohol, stodgy yeastiness, chalk, same hops, clean mildly grapefruity bitterness and sugar in the finish. Strongly carbonated attacking, yet a bit hollow mouthfeel. Yeast makes it a bit mellower, and cuts out the best edge of the hops. Nowhere near the better hoppy Belgians. Parket (262), Bruges, Belgium
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 7, 2009 bottle, very nice golden colour with stable and big, foamy white head. Hoppy and fruity smell. Taste: very hoppy and yeasty, lemon peel, very bitter. Monotonous and too bitter brew for me. ChristianScheffel (4632), Odense, Denmark
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jun 18, 2009 Cloudy yellow, with a big white head. Aroma of spice and tropical fruit with a mineral note. Really hoppy flavour, with tropical fruits and yeast. While not a fan of Belgian yeast being too overpowering, I quite like hops. FatPhil (3483), Espoo, Finland

Cloudy orange, large head. Dry hoppy aroma. Pleasant cabonation. Very hoppy retronasals. Simple malty body, dominated by the hops. A big tingle, and then some nettles. There’s a touch of booze, and it doesn’t have the sweetness to cover that. A bit one dimensional. KimJohansen (7135), Copenhagen V, Denmark
