This was a delicious Belgian beer. It was a lonely bottle in the corner of the bottle shop that was lost in the back room for months. Aroma was nice. Smelled like a tripel. Strong apricot and yeast. Pour was a near perfect dirty orange with a two finger white head. Taste was pure fruit cocktail. All pear, peach and grape with biting carbonation and a sweet light fruit aftertaste. This beer is what Belgian ales are all about. Great!

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain/bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), lightly to moderately yeasty (cobwebs, basement), with notes of lemon zest and coriander. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. A solid Belgian golden ale, no doubt....clean, attractive nose, pleasant balance (in both nose and mouth), etc. But the thing is, it’s just kinda...standard. It doesn’t do anything wrong, but it doesn’t excel at anything either. So, it’s quite nice and well executed, but...I just can’t get truly excited about it.

Blond beer with a white head. Malty aroma, some citrus. Flavor is likewise. Orange peels, very wheatlike maltyness.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours a hazy straw color with a bubbly white medium sized head and some lacing. Nose is blades of grass, coriander and banana, all of which translate over to the flavor. Creamy mouthfeel and and short to medium length finish. I was a bit perplexed by this one as my notes indicate.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Bottle listed at 6.6% ABV. Seemed like a witbier to me. Pours with a huge, creamy white head over a hazed yellow body. Good retention from the head. Aroma of coriander, spice, pepper, and light banana esters. Taste is spicy with pear, coriander and wheat. Fizzy and dry mouthfeel.
