Jan 21, 2009 Reminded me of a Hoegaarden witbier. Sour taste, medium body, some fruity, spicy notes in the aroma and flavor. Held a nice head. Light yellow-gold in appearance. I’d drink another.

Jan 6, 2009 750 ml corked and caged bottle poured a cloudy peach with a small lingering off white head. Aromas of yeast, coriander, apple pear and light spiuce. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread, pear and light spice with a smooth yeasty finish.

Dec 5, 2008 Updated: Jan 12, 2009Hazy golden with large white head that lasted all the way to the end. Sweet yeasty aroma with orange peel and coriander notes. lots of carbination, citrus notes are strong, just a slight bitter on the after taste.
