Sep 5, 2008 Hazy golden with firm withe head. Strong Belgian nose, esters, coriander, fruity, reminds of a witte. Flavours are bit messy, and too bodied a beer for such a refreshing palette, yet a decent one.

Sep 5, 2008 Bottled(330ml). -Hazy yellow/golden coloured, huge airy white head, lively carbonation, spicy wheaty nose. Yeasty, pleasant spicy and fruity taste with notes of coriander and hops. Light citrusy finish. Much better than Blond.

Aug 29, 2008 330 ml stubby bottle, thanks to oh6gdx and chris_o. ABV is 6.6%. Contains barley malt, wheat malt, oats and spelt, hops, yeast, coriander and orange peel. Hazy golden colour, huge head. Typical "Belgian" aroma: ale yeast, spices, fermenting fruits. The flavour is spicy but also very refreshing for a beer of this strength, moderately sweet with decent hops in the finish. Just a touch of citrus. Well balanced and pleasant to drink.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle @ Café Gollem. Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, spice, hops (perfume), yeast. Flavour is dry, citrus, somewhat bitter, a bit sweet, yeast. Nice and dry brew.

Jul 23, 2008 Bottle. An almost clear yellow-golden pour leaves a white head. The aroma is spiced, fruity and sweetish, with pale malt. Fruity flavor with pear and apple, quite grainy, and with a pleasant level of hops giving a decent bitterness. Medium to full body, sweet, yet dry. A quite pleasant beer, but somehow hard to pin. Jul 21, 2008 Bottle. Huge bubbly white head that mostly lasted. Hazy looking yellow color with particles in flow. Good display of lacework. This was quite a surprise, as I thought this was very smooth and deliciously spiced with a complex yeasty aroma. Over the palate came again well balanced spicy and sweet fruity / yeasty notes and good underlying malty sweetness. Orange peel giving it a nice bitter acidic touch with the coriander mixed in there as well. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation and mild dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of acidic and bitterness. Quite refreshing spicy acidic sweet finish. This was one of these beers that just scream one more.
