Real ale at Angleterre, Helsinki. Tastes damn good and big, very hoppy and bitter but not too dry. As always with real ales, this one hasn’t got any carbonation (altho there is a small bubbly head) but the taste is good.

Cask. Clear copper colour. The flavour has a little nut, and some sourness. On the brink of being off? Thin mouthfeel.

Cask at Angleterre, Helsinki. Aroma of flowers, honey, even blueberries. The foam is not too thick, the colour is that of dark cola. Strong hops all the way through the taste, blueberries and citrus eniment. Thew finish has some smoke in it.

Cask, Cellar Bar, St Andrews. Burgundy to ruby with a thin creamy head. Hoppy/malt balance. Slightly grassy and acetic. Malty taste, hops, biscuit. Then harsh hoppiness, some sweetness. OK session.
