Bottle. Pale gold body with lively carbonation and a good white foamy head. Its malty/hoppy aroma carries nice blueberry notes. Unfortunately, taste is rather thin. Ends with a short bitter/sour finish. Not bad, but I will not purchase again.

Syrupy strong blueberry in a straw body with very little in the way of actual beer underneath. Made for cooler drinking girls trapped in brewpubs!

Yellow body, with a small white head. Big blueberry aroma, muted "beer" deep below. Moderate blueberry flavour is a bit artificial tasting but sort of pleasant nonetheless. Average palate. Meh. Thanks for the bottle Rich!

This fruit beer has a unbelievable blueberry scent to it. To the nose there is not much more than jam to the nose. It pours a light clear yellow with a bright white head. First sip is a little sweet but full of blueberry flavour. The beer itself is a little weak and a bit watery but it isn’t the worst I have ever had. Good for 1 or 2 on a hot afternoon.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a huge bubbly white head with minimal retention. Aroma of blueberry syrup is quite intense. Taste is dominated by the cheap blueberry extract with a weak malt base and little or no hops. I guess this is just another weak fruit beer to add to the collection.

Strong blueberry aroma, can smell it from a foot or two away. Not a bad aroma though. Boring pale color. Flavor is so-so. The aftertaste does it in though, it kind of permeates the nose and sinuses. Sadly, this one goes to the rats in the sewers.

A must to avoid. Smells good enough to freshen a room. Unfortunately, the taste is kind of rough. Blueberry is present as is a nasty bitter bite. Lingering taste is fairly unpleasant - a bit like unripened fruit. As if someone dropped a bit of alcohol into one of those flavoured waters. I honestly don’t know if I can finish this. What annoys me is that the liquor control board here in Ontario brings in so few new beers, and for some reason, they chose this dreck.

Points for originality. Pours looking OK, gold w/ fizzy large bubbles. Smells a bit like Flintstones vitamins or something. The berry taste is not working with the beer underneath - the ale it is based on seems jvery cheap and a little grating in taste & feel. Needs a superior base beer with some maple-ish notes in the malt to enrich & highlight the blueberries. Or hint of maple extract?
